Every once in a while I get re-obsessed with Neopets. It was Mutant Day a while ago, so I decided to try to enter. It didn't get in, but oh well; I still had fun making this. There's a lot of fun mutant designs for your pets; I'm particularly fond of the more draconic ones, like this guy.

Done by sketching something out in my sketchbook, scanning it, then painting over it in Corel Painter 2019, then edited in Clip Studio Paint. Done over a matter of...cripes, I dunno, WEEKS.
