Well, I've always had respect for folks that can muster the discipline to make it through...

A few years back, I tried joining in on the fast to show a little support for all of the people at work who were fasting... I just about scraped through a week of it. A whole month takes some serious willpower.

Good luck :) Here's hoping 30 days doesn't seem too long!
