I have this very old pierrot doll. She's rather ragged these days; her collar has shredded over the years, she's lost her skull cap, the back fabric on her buttons have gone, revealing the pattern beneath. But she has become a full clown!...because her trousers keep falling down due to the elastic being long gone.

I intend to sit down and make her a new skull cap and fix her trousers, but I like her worn state in places. To be loved is to be changed, after all.

I did find a template for my exact doll in a local charity shop for her recently (neat coincidence as she's from Belgium and not very common a design in my experience) so I think is a bit of a sign she needs a little fixing up
