As the title suggests this is a character concept of Sirius Hartigan my private eye character in a tale of vampires and a mysterious new ailment affecting them. With his powers of persuasion over the dead he hopes to find the solution before things get messy. Though he'd probably find that interesting to, hard to tell what wouldn't interest a guy who speaks to corpses and expects a reply.
