It was a lazy afternoon at the Squeak-Draco apartment. Mina and her bestie Tina Wolvin were sprawled out on the couch, munching on popcorn and watching some silly reality show.
“Ugh, we need to do something wacky today,” Tina suddenly said, stretching her arms with dramatic flair.
Mina blinked, a popcorn halfway to her mouth. “Wacky? Like what?”
Tina grinned mischievously. “Ever heard of the new meme called Rat Dance?”
Mina tilted her head. “Rat... what now?”
Whipping out her phone, Tina quickly opened TikTok and found the trending video. She handed the phone to Mina. “Watch this!”
Mina stared at the screen, her big puppy eyes widening. A ridiculous beat played as a bunch of people wiggled, shuffled, and dramatically flailed their arms like goofy little rats. One guy was even wearing a cheese hat. Mina blinked… then giggled. “Oh nooo… this is so silly!”
“Exactly!” Tina grinned. “Now picture you doing it! I’ll livestream it!”
Mina flushed. “T-Tina! Me?! That’s embarrassing!”
Tina clasped her hands together and gave Mina the biggest sad eyes she could muster. “Please? For the vibes? Just once? You’re the cutest! The people will love it!”
Mina sighed dramatically and slowly stood up but couldn’t hide her smile. “Fine, but if I go viral, I’m making you wear a cheese costume next.”
Tina squealed with excitement. “Deal!”
Mina positioned herself by the entrance door. She did a little wiggle to warm up and warped her hair.
“Okay,” Tina said, holding up her phone. “Aaand… ACTION!”
