To describe a lil of what's going on here is these lil kids are...mean. They're picking on the lil dude in green and basically saying whatever might get a rise out of him such as; Making fun of him for his father missing/ not being in the picture and also for the fact that as a male, he has small horns. Male necrosis tend to have bigger horns than females.
