Ohh heck yes! I remember thinking he was so cool the first time I saw him! And his accomplice is a Witch themed Reploid! lol I never did finish that game. But my old Gameboy Color still works, and I still have a save file! I think you can only fight him as Zero, and their levels are HARD!!
