I've been writing a book for a while now. The book is still in development, but I already have the characters in mind^^

Here's a brief introduction to the world:
It's been about 100 years since the great Sonic destroyed the world. 98% of living things on Earth were wiped out. Since then, monsters have been appearing from certain sonic zones and killing everyone they see. It's unknown why this happened. There are two theories: the first, a research accident. The second, a recoil from the Big Bang.

Description:
A tall, powerful anthropomorphic male paint rat (black and white), 33 years old. Roderich embodies the symbiosis of physical strength and technical intellect. His body is muscular and athletic, with broad shoulders, powerful arms, and a visibly trained upper body. Despite his strength, he exudes a down-to-earth, friendly warmth. He wears a white, sleeveless mechanic's vest, left open to reveal his chest and abdominal muscles. Gold and white resonance splints are attached to his arms and legs, appearing like simple yet elegant protective pieces. Tight white pants with gold stitching emphasize his strong legs, and heavy boots with turquoise crystal accents give him stability. On his hands, he wears two massive resonance mechanic's gloves, intricately intricately wired, gears, and turquoise crystals. He uses them to control his drones, which he carries in a small mechanical backpack: a combat drone with small resonance cannons. A healing drone with glowing crystals. The drones are round, white, gold, and turquoise, and hover around him like loyal companions. His face is open and welcoming. He has friendly amber eyes and a warm smile that immediately inspires trust. Roderich is not a daredevil or womanizer like his other companions, but a calm, reliable family man.
Background:
Roderich was born in the workshops of a small trading port, where his father was a blacksmith and his mother a healer. His talent for repairing and improving things—whether tools, machines, or the neighborhood children's toys—was evident from an early age. He was a strong boy who could lift heavy loads, but much preferred tinkering with gears, wires, and crystals to showing off his strength. At 17, he entered the service of the Sound Church, not as a fighter, but as an apprentice mechanic. He was humble, hard-working, and soon earned a reputation as "the man who makes everything work again." The priests gave him access to resonance crystals, and from the combination of mechanics and sound energy, his first drones emerged. His skills soon made him indispensable—but it wasn't his technique alone that brought him recognition, but his personality: Roderich is a calm, warm-hearted man who listens, laughs, and offers comfort wherever he can. He doesn't flirt or boast—he builds, protects, and provides. This made him the soulful backbone of many paladins. In his early 20s, he met Mixo, a wallflower. Mixo was petite, clever, and humorous—and the two quickly fell in love. While the outside world was ravaged by battles, they built a home where warmth and togetherness were more important than power or fame. The Church blessed their union, and a few years later, they adopted two children: Maya (6, leopard)—a bright girl with wild ideas who challenges Roderich's patience and needs Mixo's gentleness. Kyle (8, rabbit)—clever, cautious, and protective of his little sister, often already surprisingly mature. Today, Roderich is a paladin of the Church of Sound, not only because of his strength, but because his mechanic gloves and drones make him an indispensable asset on the battlefield. His combat drones fire precise sonic blasts, his scout drones explore enemy terrain, and his healing drones rescue injured comrades. But despite all his technology, he sees his most important role as being a father and partner—to his family, but also to the entire community. Among the paladins, he is the one to whom people turn in quiet moments, when courage or hope fades.
