Lore: Teleport bubbles were made by Cypher, being bored within Minecraft. He decided to mix ender pearls with soap to get bubbles that people can teleport with. It does have a range to it, being about 50 blocks/meters per teleport. It does use the main soap of the Sudonian as fuel, and if it has no soap to fuel it, it will start using health as the fuel. Feel like this can be a catalyst for a different bubble...
