God, this is also the reason why I love blueberry inflation as well. Seeing the character waddle is not only cute, it gives others mixed feelings of cute and eye-candy.
You just can't help but look at him/her enjoying every second of its inflated body, and you can't tell me you hate looking at it.

(Wheezes) Hehehehehehe =D <3 <D Yeeppp, that's what I love about body inflation. You can torture, tease, mess with, roll, touch the heck of them. And yes, if they fall on their belly, buttock, or back....As you said here, they're screwed. And uh, if the person is truly nice they can roll them back up, but some people prefer to have them stuck and flap their hands and feed, and wiggle their tail, calling for "Help!! Help Me Ppplleeeaassee!!! Please Help Me!!" as they cry, plead, and shout at me for help.
Though in actuality I am kind to them, so I can roll them back up to an upright position (Feet at the bottom, head at the top). Though I would offer them the chance to have me roll them (if there are no ledges, cliffs, etc. that will hinder our ability to roll and such.

Oh Gees...Well, I'm pretty sure the body inflated ones would prefer sticking with me than you would...You're nasty treating them like beds...Poor guys are stuck as they are here, and you're just going to use them as your bed!?!?...What if this poor inflated being needs to go to the washroom/bathroom??? What if he/she needs a drink or food to eat??? You're just going to let them be stuck like this?!?!?...Gees Jamestom. It's one thing if it's like, I don't know, a temporary thing. But a permanent body inflated creature?? Nuh Uh, that's taking it a little too far, and the creature will suffer mentally and emotionally as a result.
