hair: Love the purple! Purple is an awesome color.
fursona: Those are tough questions. I think it's not a good idea to let other people tell you how your fursona should look. That kind of thing, in my humble opinion, needs to be a personal decision. If it feels right to you, then that's good enough. Your fursona can look as much or as little like the real you as you want. What I will say is that fun hair colors are awesome, and so are gals who are a little chubby. :)
