One of Citrina's favourite methods of manipulation is to flirt. Using her looks, charms and some playful wordplay to get what she wants out of her target. Most of the time this works, and if they're lucky enough (or stubborn enough) Citrina will resort to more intimate methods. In the end Citrina gets what she's after, leaving her target either flustered, confused but satified and down a relic or wallet.
In the case of Hunter however, Citrina has grown fond of the guy, but makes it no mistake she's just in it for the fun of it, and to potentially get under her rival Ruby's skin by "Stealing" away one of the vixen's closest friends and allies. Despite going along with her charms on multiple occasions, Hunter remains loyal to his friends and may even try to spark some decency in the naughty Chipmunk. Though fat chance of that happening XD
