Madeline and Mark went out for a nice formal ball, enjoying an evening together (and Madeline wanted to show off and be impressive).

Today they have a formal event, where they have been invited along with many other people. So despite all their playful and cheerful nature, today they will have to be obedient and reserved, and give the impression of serious, responsible, adults, respectable people, and parents of a large family.
...Ot at least trying their best to look like that.

Also, please note that my story is in the process of being written, and most of these small fragments that I published are not in chronological order.
(Chronology always was a real pain for me.) So when I finish my plans I will try to put everything in order. If I even can...
I publish my stories in "dynamic mode", according to the available pictures, time, current situations, my mood, or in connection with the previous posting, etc. So I can often ignore the chronology of events.
