While in Advanced Drawing Problems, we were given an artist to study. I found Heinrich Kley http://www.coconino-world.com/sites_auteurs/kley/

The idea is the Gator is a representation of power/people with power and the nude woman is a representation of sociology/social order/lower class people. Blahblady blah blah.

Heh, seriously though, the body-language of the two characters portrays the mood well.

Kley was a furry, simple as that.

So was Picasso, for that matter.

Dover Publishing sells books full of Heinrich Kley drawings for $15. Such a steal, and I love mine to death.
