No, he's not an official Don't Starve Together, but from the Uncompromising Mod.
Anyway, Wathom is supposed to be like a failed attempt at recreating the ancients and he speaks like Abathur (which I immediately clocked since I play heroes of the storm lol). Is he cold blooded? I don't know, but I'm going to pretend he is so to add to the scene, just 'cause.
