Yes, he's also named after one of the characters in the Final Fantasy VI opera (but with an I at the end)
Dracoi Cervin (Drakwah Sehr-van, you say it in French) is a mimiga, also living in the same region and time as Mariai. He's also on his 20s, and he does odd jobs.
He likes to be an adventurer, he's into finding ancient places, like a treasure hunter (not a thief!). He has also acquired the interest of making music mashups, and often finds himself mixing regular music with videogame music and anime music. Dracoi also has a big following online, where he posts the mashups (which half of the time end up getting taken down), jokes, and some drawings. Oh yeah, he also likes robots and mechas.

Okay, so, out of universe, I was inspired by Locke Cole when I thought about this Mimiga. His design was also inspired by some Trails characters (The ahoge comes from Estelle, the jacket is inspired by Lloyd's jacket (but orange instead of blue), and some other of the clothes are inspired by Rean), and Simon from Gurren Lagann (after the timeskip)
The Cervin comes from the French name for the Matterhorn, the Toblerone mountain.
