"Boxing's one great way to stay in shape! And it's fun, too! 🇦🇺
One of Sharon's favorite training regiments is boxing. As a kid, she took up boxing as a hobby…something she could do to keep herself in shape. Comes in handy on her firefighter job as well since she uses her arms quite a lot. She also presents in the charity boxing matches between the DFES (Dept. of Fire and Emergency Services) and the WAPF (Western Australia Police Force), of which she holds an impressive 8W-3L-0D.
