I knew this regional variant had to be an instant favorite, it's very similar-looking to you. -v-
Also with how you drew the tail and the more I stare at it...it looks like the little smoke swirls from The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker! Or maybe i am now realizing that the more I may stare at this particular version of this Pokémon more. .v.

I feel that's a stretch, as much as I like to connect things and be happy about it. I think it's just fun design coincidences, and also swirls and spinning things are very fun! Like when a bunch of leaves swirl in the wind on the ground. Mesmerizing and fun, very basic appeal. -v- 💚
