D'awwww, I just love how you gagged him here! I love how you gave him two types of gag; obviously you put a lot of care into this one. x3 Yes, the 87 version of Splinter has a lot of charm. I remember that one episode where Irma met Splinter for the first time, and initially thought he was a human - and therefore, somebody she could date - only to run away once she realized he was a rat. Ironic, because I would have stuck around. XD
Yes, I remember this episode too. That was the incident with April O´Neill being transformed into an anthro cat for a certain while. I somehow wished, that this would have been permanent and that the Turtles would have given her a device to give her a holographic appearence as a human.^^

You are right. That would have been much better, for she was not mutated with Mutagen but her transformation was because of an accident in a transporter system, where a kitten came in her way and activated the device.
Come to think of it, a striking similar scenario we had in Pokemon Gen 1 with the encounter with Bill who transformed into a Pokemon after a transporter accident.
