Been trying to get better at self hypnosis. Trance for everyone is different, its not quite the cartoony eye spirals and stars flying around your head, but it can sometimes feel like it. Sometimes you just have to let go and embrace the silly, and that's going to make you look pretty silly too. I can shake the stars off any moment, but its okay if they spin a little longer
