It's the US Army JROTC uniform. I'm not in the program, they were actually giving away a lot of these uniforms at my local Goodwill for extremely cheap so we decided to get it for me. Last Megaplex I was in a business suit for the parade so I wanted to change it up this year. =P

*sigh* every time I see a bunch of furries at a con, or anywhere, I get so jealous! I feel so left out . I remember the time I saw a bunch of fursuiters in real life at a movie theater! I would've asked for a picture or said hi... but alas, I was too shy... and didn't have a camera.
