Now here is someone who thinks the law is the law and it is his duty to uphold it to the letter. He is ruthless and feared and hatred by those who find themselves on the wrong end of his cane.

Do not fear his cane is for show; he has been known to disable more than 10 attackers by himself. His own underlinings know better than get on his bad side. His superiors love his ability to keep the peace, but fear one day he might show they are not above the law.
