I like doing hybrid creatures and giving myself 10 minute, 20 minute, 30 minute timers to get a concept colored and sketched out. I'll use a randomizer to pick the two animals as well. Usually I do this in a group of people in discord and we each get to see what each other have made with the same prompt/information given.
