What, no hedgehog option?
LOL, this was done as a challenge to see what an alternate-universe Dr. Robotnik would look like as a hedgehog. I say alternate universe because obviously Robotnik isn't this thin, nor is he a hedgehog.
Also, his name is Ivo because that was hinted to be his original name in the comics.
