For those of you just tuning in...superhero doberman Dobes Gillis (those are his feet at upper left) subdued skunk villainess Zoria Quimica with his parylizing super bite. However, he was then drained by Zoria's vampire bat protege, Johnny Drac.
Here, Johnny is deciding whether to revive Zoria, or take a bite of her too.
Ultimately, he decides to revive her, because he's new to the supervillain game and has more to learn from her - and when the effects of the bit wore off, she'd destroy him. However, he is biding his time until he makes a power play.
I added a belt and pouch to Zoria's costume. Just wanted to add a little more detail and give her a place to carry things.
