Finalized a Design for Simon as a Mega, becoming Psychic/Ice
He no longer has to rely on his Staff to cast Attacks and Magic, only using it to fly around as that is the one thing, he simply cannot overcome by himself.
In place of the two smaller Wands, he has Elemental Orbs floating beside him, one for Fire and one for Ghost while casting Ice and Psychic Moves via his Hands

He also sports a Cape that is more or less just the Vest extending out furhter down.
