I wasn't totally satisfied with this Victor redesign: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/61893616/ but I'm much happier with this version!
I also know more about the revamped version of him. He was a serial killer in life, but after he died and went to the Anarcadia plane of the Astral Boughs where he could go on a murder spree for as long as he wanted, he eventually became bored of killing and realized there was a different hunger he needed to fill. This lead him to finally leave Anarcadia to seek out the gluttonous plane of Smorgasburg, where some people are kind of into being food...
