Actually, I checked and yes, Sylveon can learn Moonblast. Of course, that depends on the generation settings, also the moon is synonymous with Umbreon as well… but I’m personally hoping for Xerneas, given this a forest to promote growth!
It may be too far a stretch for a legendary, but I’m optimistic since Xerneas is an evolution enabler, something that our Eevee is in need of to regain some semblance of their original fire talents after most Fire Stones are now lost…
