I have been DYING for a new badge ever since the redesign last year, but ESPECIALLY lately. Ever since I started writing the new lore for Raix and established him + realized a lot about myself too, I have been wanting to show off the new design more and more.
Except, DAMN, it is hard as hell to find badge artists sometimes! XD I was really happy though that https://bsky.app/profile/mrjimmydaf.....of.bsky.social took on my idea.
Really love how this came out, the colors pop out SO good + the details on Rosenthorne, Raix's rapier, are fantastic <3 Had to also get him conjuring his Wildfire flames too (silvery flames powered by the souls Raix consumed)
As for the pose, well, fans of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night will probably recognize it from the Japanese cover art. Alucard did play a pretty big role for Raix going full vampy, so I had to pay my respect somehow, yeah? XD
ALSO...this badge will have a reverse side to it. O_O
How so? Who will it be? It'll be Raix, right? I mean, it has to be. Since that's my main character. So it will totally be Raix on the reverse side.
...Right?
