Well uh-
Kind of ran out of buff evil villains that have their designs actually done….
so uh…
have Walter from that one alt dimension called the "Topsy-Turvy" Dimension where every hero is a villain and every villain is a hero.
(fun fact the base universe counterparts also called the Unity Dimension variants, called that dimension Topsy turvy just to piss their alt selves off because they do not like em)
(And no not to be confused with the twisted)
