Mmkay, so here's another song from ages long passed lol. I made this one 6 years ago in the summer of 2019 as my "return to composing," since at that point I hadn't made anything in 2 years. All this time I felt it didn't really quite turn out how I wanted it to, which is why I never posted it, but some friends told me it's worth posting, so here you go lol.
I had conceptualized it as a sort of companion piece to "Ω" which is why it's called "α" and is in a similar style. The structure of this whole song is really like the final form of my 2010s style, really. All traditional and orchestral instruments, tam tam for transitions, that shitty staccato strings soundfont, no effects outside of a little reverb.

That's actually kind of what I was going for, so very astute interpretation :p
My earlier song, "Ω," was partly inspired by the (very Japanese) Okami OST, and I made this years later to be paired with "Ω."
"Ω" was conceptualized as sort of a credits theme-type thing, whereas this one was meant to be more of a beginning or introduction, hence "α"
