I seem to be doing a lot of dragons in total. Not that I complain :P
This is a good balanced simple style with accurate anatomy but simpified shading. A bit like from a comicbook, but that's not a bad thing ;)

I was going to say, this doesn't look like your regular style. It seems a bit... less block-like. I do like it! I hope you continue to work at different styles! He's got one hell of a body, too. Great work.

Woahh... this is LITE? You really do have some immense quality artwork, Mr. Todex. I can't say I was expecting glows like on the shackles or in his eye in something of this detail level, nor the 'background' that is both simple, and yet really fitting.
Needs no saying really, but GREAT job.
