9 Ivy from deadlock: Tickling rock characters especially ones with so many exposed like ivy are always a fun challenge and her chill personality makes for some awesome scenarios like getting the gargoyles spots while in stone form, torturing her while she's unable to escape

10 Ninth sister from Star wars: Big brawler characters like her make the best targets especially ones who always have their feet out. Plus since force users often have to hone their senses, vader definitely dishes out some tickling out on his disciples whenever it be for training or discipline
