I just went back into Pokémon Home to double-check, and it seems that the human silhouette on the left is 5' (estimated by using Machoke, who's 4'11" and standing almost perfectly straight in its render). So maybe Mienshao isn't as weirdly tall as I thought, but 4'7" on Mienshao still looks quite a bit taller than 4'7" on any OTHER Pokémon.
