 Penchu decided to become butler of golden glacial to perfect his skills but not just that he wanted to hang around with one of the head butlers a penguin named Master Pengsei who's is quite well known in the establishment, alongside his minature and most trusted butler Javy the Wing Eared Mouse and both proceed to take Penchu under their wings well mostly Javy who was mostly responsible to train the eager raichu, in this scenario Javy is teaching Penchu the ways of massaging Master Pengsei's paws while he was busy having his tea time.

Knowing how much Penchu loves penguins and their webbed feet he was more than happy rub those penguin pawsies even Javy was impressed of his determination and enjoyment let alone seeing great potential in him even Pengsei agrees.

An don't worry about the smols including that pink lizard squashed under Pengsei's paws, they kinda deserve it for intruding around golden glacial like the pest they are.
