An Unforgettable Encounter

SunriseFox was just outside getting his mail, when he notices a rustling coming from the grass nearby. All of a sudden, black paws quickly stomp the ground a few times and the color fades from Sunrise's muzzle. His pupils shrink out of fear, realizing the danger he is now in. Out from the grass charges a skunk, growling and hissing, and as it starts to perform a handstand, Sunrise runs away arms flailing, tossing the mail in the air. His chief concern is now giving the skunk some space, so as not to threaten it further into spraying him. (True story commissioned for SunriseFox by Lixzio the Arctic Fox)
As Lixzio related the story, I saw this play out as a comic panel and wanted to give this style a try. There's only flat color with some hard shadows. What do y'all think?
