female t'au exist in warhammer 40k!
but there are very little sexual dimorphism. only difference (as far as I know) is the slit on their face. males have I shaped slit while females have Y
in official artworks, they all wear armor and pilot battlesuits, you can't really tell the difference when you don't see the face...

I designed them, yes! But based on the existing official material. T'au are Asian inspired, even their technology are inspired by Japanese mecha aesthetics (much more sleek looking than the rest of Warhammer aesthetics)
Additionally t'au have strict caste system where they're born into different castes that will determine their whole lives. The castes are based on elements (fire, water, earth, air and 'ethereal' which is the ruling class) each caste have different body types and are good at different things so they fulfill different roles in society. Fire are warriors, water are diplomats, earth are labourers and engineers, air are pilots.
These two are of water caste!
in official material, water caste are shown to be wearing robes and this sort of hat, so I designed them accordingly
