A space sci-fi commission for
kodyax who has been really patient, and I really hope that the results are worth the wait. :)
On a personal note, I feel that this is one of the best things that I have ever done. It actually turned out almost exactly the way that I wanted. HOWEVER. I would love some critique, from anyone who can give it, so that I can use the feedback on future art.

I wish I knew what the story is! All I know is that he's a space pirate. I must have thought of at least 20 different stories that could be behind this scene... I kind of hope that
kodyax can tell me what's going on. :D
Well if you get any back, don't be afraid to poke holes in me! I never do this kind of thing, and I'd like to get better at it if I can.

He has very little ambition in that manner, Space Pirate Kodyax is a ranger specialized in fighting with two handed weapons as opposed to bows or twin weapons like other rangers. The halberd pictured here is favorite type as he likes the twin moon blades. The idea behind this is outer space science fantasy. He is a corsair in that he does not necessarily follow normal rules but he is still an explorer. Part of the inspiration for his story is the old D&D setting of SpellJammer revised to Steam Punk technology. Think Final Fantasy meets D&D meets Star Wars and you have a pretty good idea of the reality he lives in.
