He can do this to anyone, really. :P He has power over the entire electromagnetic spectrum, not just metal as the movies portray him. He's flung people many times. XD
But Juggernaut is a perfect weapon as his power will keep him from slowing down (though I think this was done before and he did eventually stop as it wasn't due to him actually causing the motion himself).
