That Powerpuff Girls episode, "Imaginary Fiend" was something.
The Powerpuff Girls were unable to fight Patches, a rogue imaginary friend from the class' new student in the episode and who can, somehow, cause havoc in the real world, like moving objects and creating chalk dust clouds with the erasers, so the girls had to come up with an imaginary friend of their own to fight it, a smart female rabbit wearing a dress and combat boots. With her, they were able to beat down Patches, finishing him off with the rabbit blowing Patches up into a balloon and letting him fly away deflating.
Here, Rika ends up being blown up by that same imaginary rabbit friend, who might have been brought up by Lyloo this time around. Considering how powerful Lyloo's imagination is, things can get real in the real world.
