Guys, you gotta help me, I made an EXE inspired by Popee the Performer, and he wasn't even supposed to be that creepy (more of a lighthearted, black comedy character, much like his inspiration), but me giving him NES color palette limitations for silly aesthetic reasons made him look like he has a medical condition.
