How do you do that? I really want to design a lot of them, but I have no ideas how to start.

I made a really rough sketch of it first then I ink over it using simple shapes and I erase parts of the shape to carve out the design! The hard part was making it look abstract but make it easy on yourself and draw one thing at a time. When I was finished with one half, I copied and reflect it so I didn't have to do the dame thing for the other side! ^^ Its really hard but it was definitely fun!
