She's a little mouse that works as James's personal maid.
When James was 6, he got lost in town after he ran off to chase a bug. Helena found him and brought him home but James wouldnt let her go without sobbing, so they offered her a job, a place to live, and food.
Despite the fact that she's been living in the Pelletier Estate, she still misses living on the streets. She sticks around for James as shes grown quite attached, viewing him as a little brother. She's also one of the few able to corral James's energy into something productive (along with Oscar).
She once had many siblings but they all passed due to sickness and is very careful with how clean she is because of the truama.
