Here’s a quick little demonstration on how Mukotaru creates his portals. As you can see, once he activates his power, the spiral tattoos that adorn his frame start to glow from wherever he chooses to materialize it. Those patterns can then manifest themselves to form his portals that connect two separate spaces together. He can either create the portals on the tattooed parts of his body or manifest a portal on its own.
