Title is slightly misleading-- these are newer iterations of some of my first warriors OCs from when I started actually reading the books, I was 14!!!
Acornstar was in desperate need a redesign and Squirreltail was in desperate need of a personality, so yay, yippee!

Acornstar is a nervous little wreck that didn't particularly want the leadership position at all, but their previous leader Fawnstar interpreted a dream as an omen that he should be deputy instead of the at the time current deputy Flashmane, so she announced the switch while on her deathbed with sickness and then promptly succumbed the next day. He's a mess, has a weak voice and an even weaker will, and doesn't have enough of a spine to make hard decisions. Having to exile Flashmane for an attempted coup certainly didn't help his nerves at all. Squirreltail, who was present for the swap, believes that Fawnstar misinterpreted the dream and that SHE was meant to be leader instead, but the molly was dead so there was no one to contest with. She micromanages from her current deputy position and maaayy be plotting something but who knows ;]

It's all still very early draft stuff, and neither of them are even the POV characters for the story, but I'm happy with the outline I have now :] It's a great balance of the outline I had back then and my better experience with story-telling, it's fun! I'm excited to do more with them down the line, but my focus on stories comes in waves so who knows when that'll be.
