Nope, Roko recognises this Ave, but he’s not noticing an imposter, he’s remembering an Ave back at the Quetz palace.
Roko was disguised as a Quetz then, but this Relshen Ave and his notable attire of gold with red gems is identical to the Ave chamberlain Roko knocked out.
Look at pg 42 to 44, Saida says Relshen’s name back then too.

No, he is a real Ave, in fact this is the Ave that Roko knocked out when he was sneaking around as a Quetz and stolen the Eye Stone. This Ave is wearing the same jewellery that Ave did, and “chamberlain” is in the keywords.
Roko is just remembering when he last saw him, but the chamberlain never got to see the “real” Roko, flesh or balloon, before. That’s probably why he hadn’t noticed Roko yet.

Given that they KNOW what two of them are capable of, and Roko has a weaker power that the Quetz are masters of, I think this is NOT going to go as good as he thought. THeya re ready for them this time, and doubtless they have a LOT of backup, in case something unusual happens. Those three have just about brought an apocalypse everywhere they went, it's not unlikely that Vetra HERSELF wants their heads by now.
That assumes the Quetz are actually here waiting in the background and for some reason decided not to go first. I'm more leaning on that this dumb bird decided to come here alone cause his pride got wounded when Roko beat him up.
