Sylvando known for his songs and singing and massive stage performances makes him shine the brightest. He and his band love nothing more than teaching others to shine as bright and it looks like one of his students, a Heliolisk migt not be cut out for for the bright lights glitz and glamor, but he can at least make Syvlando's rump poofy and shine just as bright.
If you take any of his lessons, be sure to endure because he always the toughest on diamonds in the rough, but eventually he can make them shine so bright it blinds the audience such as what he and his band always does when their hired for tours.
