The pockets of the Commonwealth Morality Institute goes deep. With its hands in the pockets of many corporations already, it has near unlimited access to state of the art military technology and a pool of potential test subjects. Und the umbrella of various Private Military Corporations, the so-called "Commonwealth Trooper" is the backbone of the Commonwealth's foothold, and a prototype for the Commonwealth's future military once it overthrows the Alliance democratically or by force (preferably the later).
