Commission work. Character is part of a villain group that is based in the Zodiac Universe that I created. Delta City is where Gemini and Sagittarius come from and it has been a lawless hell-hole but it has very few supers villain or otherwise. We'll learn some more as we go if the customer wants to see more of them. Each member combines a pretty disastrous and dangerous power with a psychotic need to create artwork.

The director has a fairly simple design but sometimes that is the fun as he may be more psychotic than the others as he chose to become this type of villain.
