Sometimes, some parts are deemed indigestible even by Vorax's powerful stomach acids. Such parts are usually clothing pertaining to the swallowed prey, and are often simply expelled back out through a loud and powerful belch, retaining their shape albeit coated in saliva. Also notice the massively distended and bulging stomach, that is where the swallowed prey now resides. It is warm and slicky in there.
